Domestic Shipping Policy Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for transit and delivery.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We currently utilize USPS, UPS, and DHL for transportation carriers.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Emunah is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Emunah is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
