Refund Policy

General:
Our policy lasts 3 days. If more than 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
1.  It must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
2. The item must be in its original packaging.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
4. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specific number of days.
Items Not Eligible: Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for items returned more than 3 days after delivery.
Processing Time for Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check Your Bank Account Again: Ensure the refund hasn’t already been credited.
Contact Your Credit Card Company: Refunds may take additional time to officially reflect in your account.
Contact Your Bank: Processing times can vary depending on the bank.
Still No Refund?: If you’ve followed the steps above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at emunahassistant@gmail.com.
Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at emunahassistant@gmail.com and send the item to the following address:
